Conditions of reservations at Bilbao Hostel

To make the online reservation, the card number will be requested.

• General rate: This request is only for warranty and no deposit will be charged.
• Non-refundable rate: The entire reservation will be charged.

Cancellations

General rate:

• FREE cancellation before 24 hours of arrival time, in this case the establishment will not charge. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or you do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
• Payment in advance: No deposit will be charged (The card number is only guarantee).

Non Refundable Rate:

• If canceled, modified or not presented, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Payment in advance: The total amount will be charged in advance at any time.

Taxes and service charges: 10% VAT included.
